At Mother Mary Lange Catholic School, we understand the importance of choosing the right school for your child. To assist our families, an Admissions Timeline has been provided to ensure that you have all the tools needed for success. We are here to assist our families from the initial inquiry to the final decision. We are committed to making the admissions process clear and accessible, helping you take the right steps at the right time to join our faith-filled learning community.
MMLCS Admissions Timeline
- Open House events will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Welcome Wednesdays take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Admissions Testing will be held at MMLCS from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. (excluding the summer months. Admissions testing will be available upon request).

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 academic year is closed. (excludes Pre-3/4- rolling admissions)
Our admissions process is structured around specific entry points, and we welcome new students at the beginning of each academic year. If you’re interested in joining our school, we encourage you to apply during our regular admissions cycle for the upcoming academic school year.
October
1st- 2025-2026 Application will be available for our new families!
- 2nd- Welcome Wednesday (Grades 5-8)
- 9th- Open House
- 23rd- Welcome Wednesday (Preschool)
- 24th- Financial Aid Session (Includes Q&A Session)
November
- 6th- Welcome Wednesday (Grades 1-4)
- 20th- Open House
- 21st- Financial Aid Session (Includes Q&A)
December
December marks the beginning of our Admissions Testing process.

January
Celebration of Catholic Schools Week!
- 11th- Admissions Testing
- 26th through 31st- Catholic Schools Week
February
Open Enrollment for New Families! This also marks the start of our weekly Shadow Days and Parent Talks. These events will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- 4th- Shadow Day + Parent Talk
- 8th- Admissions Testing
March
Welcome Wednesdays and Parents Talks every Tuesday and Thursday continues…
- 5th- Welcome Wednesday (Grades 5-8)

April
We will be continuing with our Parent Talks and Welcome Wednesdays during the month of April. Please be advised that there will be no Shadow Days during the week before or after Easter Break)

- 16th- Open House
May
Our Welcome Wednesdays and Parents Talks will be ending on the 21st. (Please keep in mind that we will still be available for your Admissions and Enrollment needs).

June - August
We will be available during the summer months (on a summer schedule), to assist you with your Admission and Enrollment needs.
